NOTD: China Glaze L8R G8R

Happy Tuesday! (Wednesday now for some of you)

Before I go any further, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for being here! I am in shock that I went from 111 to 184 followers in less than 2 weeks! WOW! Seriously mind boggling! I am still so new at this so if there is anything you would like to see please let me know! I love reading your comments, and I hope that you will all stick around!

Okay, now back to my original post. . .

Hope you are all having a good week so far! I meant to post this sooner but I got caught up with my birthday and well, life. I have not finished taking photos of the rest of my February haul yet but I did want to share my first mani of the month with you! (I have 2 others already lined up after this one!)

March is a special month for me, and to help commemorate I have decided that I am going to stick to green nail polish this entire month. I love green, it is my favorite color! I think it is a perfect color not just because St. Patty's Day and the start of Spring, but also because I see it as a symbol for growth. I know that March is going to hold plenty of changes and with that, opportunities for me to grow. Some of it will be scary and new, but I look forward to it and welcome it with open arms. :) Luckily I have many different shades of green, so I (and hopefully you!) won't get burnt out!

So to kick off the month I have for you China Glaze L8R G8R from the coveted OMG collection. I recently acquired this in a nail polish swap, and I am so happy with it! The holo is absolutely amazing! I loved how this looked on my nails. Unfortunately I had chipping the 2nd day, but I blame that on the excessive cleaning that I subjected my nails to. I used 2 coats, with Cult Nails Get It On/Wicked Fast base and top coats.

Don't let any drool drip on your keyboard!

The flash on my camera wanted to make this more neon than it really is! Although I would LOVE a polish this color!

Seriously. Amazing.

Yes, another photo was necessary.

What to you think of this polish? Are you into the holo trend? Will you be doing any sort of challenge for the month of March?

I will be back with another green NOTD post soon! And hopefully my Feb haul too!
